The sports betting website Betsul announced the renewal of its sponsorship contract for Chapecoense for the 2021 football season. The agreement between the two organizations was initially closed last September, and will now be valid until the end of the year.
The bookmaker will change the venue in the Verdão do Oeste uniform. The mark will continue to appear on the team players’ shorts, but it will be on the front, just above the Chape’s shield.
What will also undergo changes is the form of transferring values to the team. Previously, the amount obtained by the Santa Catarina club was, exclusively, related to the bets made using the specific coupon of the team and, therefore, fluctuated month to month. Now, in addition to the amount of bets coming, a fixed amount will be allocated to Chape for the duration of the settlement.
The club’s Vice President of Marketing, João Carlos Stakonski, stressed the importance of the fans’ engagement so that Verdão’s gains are even greater. “Betsul was our partner during Serie B and now it will continue to support us in a season that has great commitments ahead, such as the Copa do Brasil and Serie A of the Brazilian Championship,” he declared.
Stakonski added: “We thank you again for believing in Chape and we are sure that the partnership will be of many achievements. For that, we also have the full support of our fans ”.
Fernando Rivas, Betsul’s CEO, also celebrated the maintenance of the partnership with Verdão do Oeste. “It is a joy for us to renew with Chape this new season. We have always believed in the club a lot and it is an honor to continue together in Serie A now, ”he said.
