Stats Perform announced a cooperation with Sportradar in order to expand the coverage of the official data of the games of WTA, the main organizer of women’s professional tennis.
Under the contract, Stats Perform will allow WTA match data to be used for tennis odds by Sportradar and trading services for bookmakers outside the United States.
David Lampitt, Sportradar’s director of sports content and partnerships, explained: “This business offers a great improvement to our extensive tennis content portfolio. But more than that, it demonstrates what can be achieved through a constructive and innovative commercial approach, even among large competitors ”.
Lampitt added: “Collaborating with the statistics work in this way improves our live odds and services for WTA events. And, it represents a significant development for the industry more broadly ”.

In November last year, Stats Perform became WTA’s exclusive commercial data distributor, securing an innovative six-year deal, while simultaneously expanding its ‘Watch & Bet’ video streaming service to cover all matches in the WTA Tour for the first time.
In addition to optimizing its data collection capacity, Stats Perform was tasked with expanding the distribution of official WTA data to new business stakeholders, including bookmakers, broadcasters, sponsors, authorized fantasy sports operators.
Andrew Ashenden, the company’s betting director, stressed: “our innovative approach to collect and distribute official data as part of our exclusive deal as the WTA is not only expanding the appeal for fans and punters, but also making it more accessible to them . Our agreement with Sportradar exemplifies this ”.
Sportradar customers will have access to the new WTA ultra-fast game odds, powered by data collected by Stats Perform scouts or directly from the match referee’s data feed.
