Scientific Games Corporation was selected as the exclusive game provider for the Portuguese national lottery, thus extending its relationship with Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa (SCML).
SCML is a charitable organization that serves as the national lottery and retail betting operator in Portugal. Scientific Games will provide instant games to Portuguese gamers through the new three-year contract.
Lottery is Europe’s fourth largest instant gaming operator, with games representing approximately $1.9 billion in annual retail sales. According to La Fleur’s 2021 World Lottery Almanac, it is ranked among the top 20 lotteries in the world.

Scientific Games began supplying games to SCML when the Portuguese national lottery was launched in 1995.
