Preparations for ICE London 2022 are starting. The event, which returns to the ExCel Exhibition Center, is opening registration to interested parties four months before it takes place. The 2022 edition will take place in person on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of February. The conference, which will include more than 500 leading brands in the innovation, gambling and betting industry, will take place alongside iGB Affiliate London, scheduled for February 3-5.
Alex Pratt, Director of Group Management at Clarion Gaming, said: “First of all, it’s obviously very encouraging to finally be able to talk about the return of in-person events. The Clarion Gaming team has just returned from the successful iGB Live! Netherlands. We now move on to commercial preparations for ICE London, which I believe will be a passionate and sincere celebration of the international industry and its future.”
The director further stated that “ICE London is not only physically the biggest gaming event in the world and one of only two annual shows to occupy the entire ExCeL, but it is also a perfect opportunity to see the entire global industry in one place, one unique feature that is reflected in ICE’s visitor base, which spans every continent.”
Pratt added: “ICE exists for everyone involved in all aspects of the gaming industry, from game developers to distributors, operators, retailers, trade associations, strategic bodies and regulators. one of those unmissable events that they make a huge effort to be a part of every year.”
ICE London 2022 edition must be one of the biggest in history
After taking place in 2020, ICE London was postponed this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic, something that would not have happened in decades. “It was the first time that ICE or its predecessor ATEI has not been held since World War II, the desire to be part of a live event is stronger than ever and our experience gained by organizing iGB Live! / iGB Affiliate Amsterdam certainly confirms this,” he explained.
Alex Pratt concluded: “With a host of new and improved features and the extremely symbolic return of the face-to-face event, I believe ICE London 2022 has all the credentials to emerge as a standout edition among the world’s most popular gaming events.”
