The sports betting house Up Sports Bet is the new sponsor of Botafogo-SP. The brand of the football club’s new partner debuted on the uniform last Saturday, 19, in a game against Corinthians, for the eighth round of the Paulista Championship.
According to the terms, the brand will occupy a space on the back of the team’s shirt, just above the athletes’ numbers. The agreement lasts until the end of the Series C of the Brasileirão, in October. In addition, Up Sports Bet will also have exposure rights on advertising boards around the lawn and on interview backdrops.
Agreement involves creation of content for Botafogo’s digital platforms
The initiative was created in partnership with LiveSports and promises to innovate in the sports scenario. Part of the resources will be destined for the creation of digital content, which will be shared on the football club’s platforms. LiveSports, which had signed an agreement with the bookmaker at the beginning of February, will assist in the production of this material.
“It is a new concept of sponsorship, which will add a lot of relevant content to entertain fans and the media itself. This partnership also shows the strength and recognition of the club’s brand in this new moment that Botafogo is experiencing”, highlighted Adalberto Baptista, chairman of the Board of Directors of Botafogo Futebol SA.
This is the company’s first success in the midst of football. Today, Up Sports Bet has around 200,000 players. “Up Sports Bet will work with content generation for Botafogo and will provide the best sports betting service to Pantera fans”, declared Felipe Avelino Dias, CEO of Up Sports Bet.
