The new team is focused on providing full content support for online casino brands from the ground up. It streamlines and accelerates the setup of projects operating on the SOFTSWISS platform and encompasses ongoing content management for online casinos.
The content management service is now available in English and offers two types of service: pre-release services and ongoing content management. In Pre-Launch Services, managers assist customers in preparing all content prior to project launch. In particular, managers help sort games by subject and type, customize locations, create text and visuals, and publish information on the site. All content is made as per the requirements and needs of customers and their players.
At the same time, Continuous Content Management provides content support for launched projects. In this case, the team is responsible for publishing new game releases and preparing tournaments and bonuses for promotional or themed campaigns. This is yet another tool that helps in brand promotion as high quality content directly affects player activity and consequently the results of marketing campaigns.
