The month of June is highly anticipated throughout Brazil due to the traditional São João festivities. Officially, Saint John’s Day is celebrated on June 24. Therefore, Caixa Econômica Federal promotes a special contest annually, Quina de São João.

This year, the accumulated value for the prizes already exceeds 120 million reais and the forecast is that it will exceed 300 million reais until the date of the draw. The contest will take place on June 25, a Saturday, 8 pm (Brasília time), at Espaço da Sorte in São Paulo, with live broadcast on Caixa Econômica Federal’s YouTube channel.

The jackpot will be allocated to bettors who guess the five tens of the contest. In the secondary bands, players who add four, three and two points are awarded. After all, Quina de São João does not accumulate.

Details of the latest editions of Quina de São João

In 2022, Quina de São João will take place for the 11th time in Brazil. In the last year, eight bets managed to hit the jackpot numbers. The dozens drawn were as follows: 25 – 28 – 36 – 60 – 61. It should be noted that Quina de São João, contest 5590, had a prize pool of 344 million reais.

The contest was promoted on June 26, 2021 and the millionaire value of R$ 344,792,740.00 was divided between eight bets from Manaus (Amazonas), Pinheiro (Maranhão), Conceição do Pará (Minas Gerais), Blumenau (Santa Catarina), Avaré (São Paulo) and São Paulo (SP). Each pocketed BRL 25,601,717.66.

Regarding the 2020 draw, five bets divided the prize pool of 205 million reais. The winners were from Fortaleza (Ceará), Belém (Pará), Cambé (Paraná), Cotia (São Paulo) and Conceição das Alagoas (Minas Gerais). Each received BRL 40,517,183.25. The numbers drawn on the occasion were: 07 – 17 – 29 – 55 – 78.
