The SOFTSWISS Managed Services Anti-Fraud Team is improving its professional level by completing the GamCare “Social Responsibility, Communication and Motivating Behavior Change” course. The certification enhances the level of service and highlights the team’s commitment to working in line with the principles of social responsibility.

This training provided the anti-fraud team with the skills of their communication to take a more proactive approach when it comes to dealing with game-related damage, as well as ways to make games safer. Responsible Gaming Specialists, First Line Support Shift Leaders and VIP Managers attended the training.

SOFTSWISS Managed Services experts will now be able to solve more complex challenges. The course was provided by GamCare, the leading provider of information, advice and support for anyone affected by gaming-related issues.

Anti-Fraud Support is one of the six Managed Services of SOFTSWISS, the cross-functional department responsible for B2C customer support services for online casino and sports betting brands. High-quality experts achieve breakthrough results: During the first quarter, the anti-fraud team resolved over 75 major complaints related to suspicious activity at online casinos. The overall amount saved over this period exceeded 2.8 million euros.
