Todorov comes to OneFootball with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, a track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and building resilient and scalable ecosystems for online businesses.
He joins OneFootball after working at Favo, a social media commerce platform in Latin America, where he served as CTO for the last year, developing an easier way for people to shop online. Prior to that, Todorov spent more than three years at HelloFresh, a global food delivery company based in Berlin (Germany), where he oversaw the growth of the platform and led the strategy and delivery of a seamless and scalable technology solution across the board. the global markets.
Todorov joins OneFootball at a time of rapid growth, with the platform having recently received $300 million in investment to accelerate its global expansion. In his new position, he will put his experience in building and leveraging digital platforms to further leverage the development of OneFootball.
This includes continuing to build and expand OneFootball’s technology ecosystem, integrating the new OTT (over-the-top) offering, the new Web3 proposition, with the platform’s content, as well as developing new formats and growing its community of more than 100 million active users per month. Todorov’s appointment follows a series of senior appointments, including Chief Product Officer Ismail Elshareef earlier in the year.
