Enteractive provider services will be used across all NetBet casino and sports betting segments. The bookmaker says the new partner’s services will be instrumental in optimizing revenue generation from selected segments of its player base.
Enteractive plans to increase player retention and loyalty by integrating user databases and offering multi-language support to support its customers over the phone. The provider adds that support will be available in all types of markets around the world, looking to serve more than 13,000 players per month.
NetBet Italy manager Filippo Stotani said: “We work hard to keep our customers always informed about our services, new features and the benefits of playing at NetBet.”

Earlier this year, Enteractive added its retention services to the GiG Marketplace, a resource for GiG’s Innovation Group’s (GiG) platform customers. Enteractive’s addition to GiG was the first third-party service offered to the company’s customers.
