Amaral will be the new poster boy and ambassador for Suabet.com, in a contract negotiated by the sports marketing agency Wolff Sports. Known for his charisma and stories outside the four lines, the former athlete will give up his image to establish a link between bettors and the new bookmaker.

The partnership between the former player and Suabet.com is expected to last six months. Among the rewards are the use of the athlete’s image in the company’s advertising campaigns, presence at events, in addition to their participation in posts on the brand’s social networks. He will also include posts related to Suabet.com in his own social networks.

Amaral’s career in football

Born in Capivari, in the interior of São Paulo, Amaral began his career at Palmeiras in the early 1990s, where he was twice Brazilian champion in 1993 and 1994. He remained active in football until 2015, when he retired from his hometown club, Capivariano.

He also accumulates passages for Corinthians, in which he won another Brasileirão in 1998, Vasco, national champion in 2000, Grêmio, Vitória, Atlético Mineiro, in addition to having played outside Brazil in Parma, Benfica, Fiorentina, Besiktas, in world football Arab and Oceania.

Amaral also defended the Brazilian national team. He appeared for the national team for the first time on September 27, 1995, in a victory against Romania. In January 1996, he participated in the CONCACAF Gold Cup, won by Mexico against Brazil, and six months later he competed in the Olympics, finishing with the bronze medal. His last match was on August 31, 1996 in a friendly against the Netherlands.
