The Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance recognized the operational capacity of the Quinel Limited laboratory as a certifying entity for betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be used by odds betting lottery operators fixed.
Furthermore, this recognition will be valid for a period of three years, as long as the conditions of legal qualification, tax and labor regularity, suitability and technical qualification are maintained.
The ordinance was signed by Secretary Regis Dudena and comes into force on the date of its publication, that is, this Monday (15).

THE SECRETARY OF PRIZES AND BETS OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in the use of the powers conferred on him by art. 55, item I, item “d”, of Annex I of Decree No. 11,907, of January 30, 2024, considering the provisions of item I of art. 4th of Ordinance MF-SPA/MF nº 300, of February 24, 2024, resolves:
Art. 1 Recognize the operational capacity of the company Quinel Limited as a certifying entity for betting systems, live gaming studios and online games to be used by fixed-odd betting lottery operators.
Single paragraph. The recognition referred to in the caput will be valid for a period of three years, as long as the conditions of legal qualification, tax and labor regularity, suitability and technical qualification demonstrated in the files of SEI Process No. 14022.045212/2024-58 are maintained, according to the SEI Technical Note nº 1797/2024/MF, pursuant to art. 17 of Ordinance MF-SPA/MF nº 300, of February 24, 2024.
Art. 2 This Ordinance comes into force on the date of its publication”.
