With Bateu Bet and GORILLASBET, SIGAP registers 47 requests for betting licenses

After BETBr entered the Betting Management System (SIGAP), two other companies in the sports betting and online gaming sector requested authorization to operate in the Brazilian market this Monday (19).

The list grew with EA Entretenimento e Esportes LTDA (Bateu Bet) and Gorillas Group do Brasil LTDA (GORILLASBET).

“It is with great satisfaction that we announce that donald.bet has officially entered the regulatory process with the Federal Government. This is a significant milestone in the trajectory of our platform, reaffirming our commitment to transparency, security and compliance with current regulations” , says the official note from Gorillas Group.

Meanwhile, Bateu Bet adopts the slogan “The People’s Bet” and an approach focused on responsible gaming. The platform offers sports betting, online casino, live casino and eSports coverage.

Deadline for registration with SIGAP ends this Tuesday

It is worth noting that the deadline for registering with SIGAP ends this Tuesday (20).

The intention of the Prizes and Betting Secretariat of the Ministry of Treasury (SPA/MF) is that approved operators can operate legally in the national territory from January 1, 2025.

Companies will receive a response to requests by November, having around 30 days to pay the 30 million reais related to the grant.
