Scoreconnect CEO, Antonio Ruggeri, highlighted the company’s innovations for the iGaming market, focused on popular applications such as Telegram and WhatsApp. In addition, he revealed the partnership with a licensed Brazilian operator who will be at SBC Summit Rio next week.
“We started looking at Telegram. This is an underrated channel from an operator perspective, where they are getting player acquisitions. Influence and marketing dominate community building and existing activities,” he explained.
Ruggeri added: “The idea is to create something that uses the Telegram ecosystem. This is huge both in terms of technology and the population of players who would like to interact with the operator.”
According to the CEO of Scoreconnect, Telegram is very relevant in Europe, but the company will present an integration with WhatsApp in Rio. “We have a new partnership with a licensed operator in Brazil. With them, we will present the solution with WhatsApp”, he pointed out.
Influencers and the Brazilian market
Antonio Ruggeri also analyzed the impact of influencers on the behavior of Brazilian bettors. “The Brazilian market is marked by influencers and many players use Telegram. In these communities, they make special data offers on private channels. Today, new operator customers are coming from Telegram.”
He also projected that Brazil will be the focus of the international market for the next two years. “There will be a lot of competition between operators. We want to offer operators a different way to stand out and interact with their customers”, he highlighted.
“Our system allows operators to engage and involve their customers using their capacity, our technology and the power of their data integrated into their platform”, he concluded.
