São Paulo announced the renewal of its sponsorship with the bookmaker, Superbet, a significant agreement that could reach up to R$1 billion in six years, as announced by Superbet CEO, Alexandre Fonseca, on his social media.

He stated: “Today is one of those days that we will remember for a long time. We have just closed the biggest sponsorship deal in the history of Brazilian football: a partnership between Superbet and São Paulo that could reach R$1 billion over the next six years!”

This renewal, in addition to its great financial value, demonstrates Superbet’s confidence in the power of sport and the dedication of São Paulo fans.

Fonseca emphasized: “More than numbers, this agreement shows how much we believe in the power of the sport, the passion of the fans and the positive impact that football can generate on and off the field. This is just the beginning. Let’s make history together.”

Official announcement and extension of the contract between São Paulo and Superbet

Alexandre Fonseca shared the news on Instagram, and soon after, São Paulo president Julio Casares also released the information. They call the deal the largest in the history of Brazilian football. However, they have not yet released specific financial details.

The renewal extends the partnership for four more seasons, extending the link until 2030, the year in which the club celebrates its centenary. Initially, the contract was scheduled to end in 2026, but now Superbet maintains its role as São Paulo’s main sponsor since the beginning of 2024.

Centennial Project 2030

Launched in October, the project has already successfully renewed its partnership with Ademicon, the first to commit to this new contract. This highlights São Paulo’s vision of establishing partnerships that are lasting and sustainable.
