CoinMasters opens doors for those who want to advance in their poker career. In this edition, the champion is guaranteed US$50,000 (approximately R$300,000 according to the exchange rate over the last 90 days), a sponsorship from CoinPoker, and a course with Patrick Leonard — former number 1 online poker player in the world. The winner also earns a spot in the main event of the World Series of Poker (WSOP), in Las Vegas.
CoinMasters, created in collaboration with BenCB, Patrick Leonard and Mario Mosböck, represents a new tournament format. The initiative distributes more than US$ 250,000 in prizes, exceeding R$ 1.5 million, and seeks to inspire those who want to become professionals in the sport.
Mario Mosböck, CoinPoker ambassador, explains: “The final table of the championship will consist of seven players who will be able to win a generous prize and gain fame in the sport.
Any player who has collected all seven meme coins [of the Doge, Pengu, Pepe, Bonk, Shiba, Floki and Bitcoin editions] will open the countdown to the CoinMasters final table and claim a $10,000 prize.”
According to Mosböck, the countdown ends after two months or when five participants manage to win the seven exclusive coins, whichever comes first.
During this period, qualified players will receive training before the grand final. Each finalist chooses a coach and begins preparation immediately after securing a place in the final.
The CoinMasters finals take place on a Sunday, so it will happen right after the countdown ends. The series is still ongoing and open to anyone interested in becoming a professional online poker player.
Three Ways to Make It to the Final Table in a Poker Tournament
The CoinMasters tournament offers three paths to reaching the final table. The first involves being among the top five fastest to collect all seven meme coins, earned in $25 and $100 tournaments held Monday through Saturday.
The winner of each contest receives a silver coin. On Sunday, the competition is $150, awarding the winner with a gold coin. For each victory, in addition to the bonuses, the winner wins the cash value of the respective table.
The second option is to find a winning ticket randomly present in a coin. Participants who collect coins have a chance of finding this golden ticket. Accumulating coins increases the chances of finding the special prize.
The third path is for those who create content about CoinMasters. Finally, participants in this category undergo an internal evaluation; thus, the best production guarantees a place in the final table.
