The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG) informs the public that, in response to objection No. 03, dated March 1, 2024, it will make significant changes to the bidding notice LEMG International Public Competition No. 002/2023 – Highest Offer Type.
These changes aim to ensure excellence in hiring an experienced and financially solid company. So that it is exclusively for operating Lottery games in an Online/Real Time System.
Thus covering the capture of bets both in person (Land Based) and digitally (Cyber Space) within the territorial limits of the State of Minas Gerais.
As a result of these changes, the delivery of envelopes, originally scheduled for March 5, 2024, and the opening session, scheduled for March 6, 2024 at 2 pm, were cancelled.
Minas Gerais State Lottery takes this opportunity to reiterate its commitment to the fundamental principles of transparency and publicity that govern public administration. Therefore, LEMG will announce new dates for delivering the envelopes.
And also the opening of the session immediately after making the necessary updates to the notice, ensuring that all pertinent information is duly published.
Furthermore, the Minas Gerais State Lottery is dedicated to providing clear and complete responses to the manifestations received by the Special Bidding Committee (CEL), including requests for clarifications and challenges to the Notice, in the context of International Public Tender LEMG No. 002/2023 .
