Two bets got the numbers right for the Easter Double, a special lottery draw held on Saturday (19). Each bet will receive R$25.1 million. Caixa Econômica Federal reported that one of the bets was made via electronic channel and the other in São Paulo (SP).

In the second draw, two winning bets will take home R$2.4 million each. One of them was made in Leme (SP) and the other was a 15-share lottery held in Cotia (SP). The numbers drawn in the first draw were 05-18-22-27-31-46, and in the second draw, they were 02-07-31-45-46-47.

Easter Double Awards

In the second draw, 1,048 bettors matched five numbers and will each take home R$4,182.91. In the second draw, 805 bettors matched five numbers and will each receive R$4,901.02.

The Easter Double is the ninth edition of the special Double Sena contest. Like the Independence Lotofácil and the New Year’s Mega, it does not accumulate. Therefore, if no one gets the numbers right in the first bracket, the Double Sena distributes the main prize to the second bracket and continues until there are winners.

Easter Double Fundraising, Prize and Payment

The contest’s top prize was R$50.3 million, the largest in the history of Dupla Sena. The total revenue was R$143.01 million, with more than 57 million bets.

Caixa pays prizes above R$2,259.20 exclusively at its branches. Therefore, the bank warns that the lottery ticket is bearer, but the winner can make the ticket personal by writing his or her full name and CPF on the back of the winning bet receipt.

Mega Sena Contest

The regular Mega Sena draw, number 2,854, paid out R$52 million to a winning bet in Concórdia (SC). The numbers drawn were 02-13-16-31-44-55. In the second prize bracket, 101 bets will take home R$48.3 thousand each.

Winners should pay attention to the dates, as Caixa Lottery prizes expire 90 days from the date of the draw. Furthermore, after this period, Caixa transfers the money to the Student Financing Fund (Fies), in accordance with Law 13,756/18.
