A land games and entertainment company, Bally’s Corporation struck a long-term deal with the National Basketball Association (NBA). Bally’s became an authorized basketball league sports betting operator.
This contract corresponds to the company’s second betting agreement with a professional sports league, after the formalization of cooperation with the National Hockey League (NHL) also for the betting segment.
The agreement will give Bally’s access to official game statistics, in addition to the rights to exploit NBA logos and brands across its product offering.
George Papanier, the president and CEO of Bally’s Corporation, spoke about the commercial arrangement. “The partnership with the NBA is an exceptional opportunity for Bally’s, increasing our continued drive with professional sports leagues,” he said.
Papanier added, “Together with the NBA, we will unlock significant opportunities to provide more NBA fans with new, creative and engaging sports betting products and services.”
The two organizations will also collaborate to find best practices to protect the integrity of the United States’ top basketball league matches.
In the past year, the company reached a strategic settlement with the Sinclair Broadcast Group, whose 19 regional sports networks account for more than half of NBA teams.

It is a gaming company based in the city of Lincoln, Rhode Island, in the United States. The group owns and operates 12 casino properties and racetracks in Colorado, Delaware, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
