Online gaming solutions provider Aspire Global has completed the integration of Pariplay’s FusionTM platform with the BtoBet platform as part of its M&A strategy, following the group’s Pariplay acquisitions in 2019 and BtoBet in 2020.
Currently, BtoBet is compatible in more than 20 jurisdictions and is a leading sports company in Latin America and Africa. It recently won a sports license in the UK and is targeting other European markets to further expand the scope of its services.
Pariplay’s Fusion platform features more than 12,000 games from global suppliers, as well as a diverse portfolio of proprietary games. Licensed in 16 regulated markets, the platform hosts one of the most comprehensive offerings in the industry.
Both Pariplay and BtoBet developed strongly after the acquisitions and expanded their geographic presence in regulated markets such as the USA, the United Kingdom and Spain. They have also grown their customer base with level 1 operators such as Rush Street Interactive, 888casino, BetVictor and William Hill.
