The agreement, recently signed on Tuesday (7), by the Pará Football Federation (FPF) and Sportradar Integrity Services, a unit of Sportradar, a global provider of sports integrity solutions and a partner of more than 150 sports federations and leagues, is the first in history.
This is an unprecedented partnership that consists of the implementation of the Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS) and affects the matches of Série B and Sub-20 football in Pará. The FPF became aware of Sportradar’s services through a partnership between the company and the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) to monitor the main Brazilian football matches.
The president of the Pará Football Federation, Ricardo Gluck Paul, said that protecting the integrity of football in Pará is one of the priorities of his administration. “We are very happy to announce the partnership we signed with Sportradar. Our championships will be monitored by the company’s monitoring system to protect competitions from match fixing. This agreement transmits security to the clubs, sponsors, fans and partners of football in Pará”.
