A former soccer player and five-time champion with the Brazilian national team at the 2002 World Cup, Vampeta continues to be very involved in the sports world. Today, he works as a soccer commentator and ambassador for BETesporte. That’s why he was present, for the second year in a row, at the biggest betting event in Brazil, BiS SiGMA Americas.
“This is the second year in a row that I’m at the event, now for BETesporte. We know that bets are here to help sports, not just football, but other sports as well. The fair is really cool,” he said.
The former athlete highlighted that the sport has become a worldwide craze and an important source of income for clubs in different sports. “Today, I am part of BETesporte with Zico, who I consider the greatest of all after Pelé.”
Vampeta added: “So, I’m happy not only for BETesporte, but for other companies in the sector helping football clubs in Series A, Series B, sponsoring state championships and women’s football as well. We’re here to contribute.”
