Scientific Games provides its CRM to the Kentucky Lottery

Scientific Games is bringing its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing services to the Kentucky Lottery.

The company’s CRM team, in partnership with the Optimove platform, now provides services for eight lotteries across the US, with a ninth set to be announced in the coming weeks.

“The Kentucky Lottery is pleased to partner with Scientific Games to deliver CRM on the Optimove platform and advance important strategic marketing activities,” said Kentucky Lottery President and CEO Mary Harville.

“We are optimistic that we will be able to facilitate exciting new strategies for player retention, including campaigns focused on reaching and engaging our players digitally, while still enabling us to achieve our sales goals.”

The Kentucky Lottery Partnership

Scientific Games has been supplying games to the Kentucky Lottery since its inception, with the latest partnership aimed at “raising iLottery and digital engagement programs” in an attempt to “take digital gamer relationships to the next level in Kentucky”.

The company is the world’s largest supplier of games, with products that represent 70% of global retail sales.
