All these locations will be supported through special municipal funds to be created and the percentages for each area will be defined by the mayor’s decree in force. Through the project, the municipality will be able to explore all the lottery models used by the Union and the State of Rio Grande do Sul.

Councilor Madrid also commented on the project: “The possibility of creating the Loteria Canguçu – LOTOCAN, will be a new source of revenue for the municipality of Canguçu, to minimize a little the difficulties faced in health, the elderly, APAE and young essential sectors for all of us and, my struggle in this area, everyone who knows me knows that it is old and necessary, I believe that it is possible to combine the fun of the lottery helping health”.

Lotteries have a great history of helping the most diverse areas of Brazil, from education, health, tourism, economy and generation of jobs and new opportunities.
