Flutter Announces Greg McCaw as Director of Inclusion and Diversity

Flutter Entertainment has appointed Greg McCaw as director of inclusion and diversity. The newly created position at the operator will allow McCaw to develop and oversee the company’s strategy to ensure an inclusive environment for its employees. He will report to director Caroline Ross.

McCaw will partner with the Paddy Power operator board, as well as with business leaders and colleagues in the human resources industry, to help plan the training and development of employees at all levels, while chairing a committee to report the your progress.

In his most recent position, McCaw served as chief of inclusion and engagement of people at Flutter-owned Sky Betting and Gaming, where he helped build an inclusion plan. Prior to that, he served as New Look’s business partner in the UK and Ireland.

McCaw has officially commented on his new mission. “Entering this newly created role is undoubtedly one of the most exciting opportunities I have ever embarked on. I have seen a desire and commitment to develop a strong strategy for inclusion and diversity at all levels within this organization, especially for department leaders, where we can have a real impact on the entire group ”.

Caroline Ross also commented on the arrival of the new director. “We want to create something new from our foundations to be a truly inclusive workplace, where difference is celebrated and valued. Because only when we all understand the role we play do we really change the scenario. I am very excited about what we can achieve together ”.

Flutter registered growth in the 3rd quarter of 2020

In the month of November, Flutter recorded a 27% growth in total revenue for the third quarter of 2020 compared to the same period last year, reaching 1.33 billion euros.
