MC Games, a giant in the online gaming sector, celebrates a historic milestone in its trajectory: the drastic reduction of fraud and the achievement of record revenue.

This result is the result of the implementation of an integrated KYC and compliance system, which optimizes the identity verification process and guarantees user security, in accordance with the requirements of Law No. 14,790/2023 and the regulations of the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA/MF).

Challenges and solutions:

MC Games, like the entire online gaming market, faced the challenge of adapting to new federal government regulations, which require greater rigor in verifying users’ identities.

In this context, the platform found the ideal solution to overcome all these barriers, an integrated system that performs automatic queries to not only verify the bettor’s identity, but to ensure that the entire platform remains in full compliance, covering:


  • CPF consultation, with validation of data such as status with the Federal Revenue Service, death, full name, date of birth and mother’s name.
  • PLD-FT (Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing) consultation, with searches in national and international restrictive lists and monitoring of negative media.
  • Consultation of Links to Betting Companies and the Prizes and Betting Secretariat.
  • Sports Link Consultation, covering different modalities.

Furthermore, the system ensures full compliance with the LGPD, guaranteeing the privacy and security of user information at all stages of the process.

Results that highlight MC in the sector:

MC Games has achieved impressive results, driven by the new capabilities of its verification system. The approval rate for new users has reached 99.13%, a figure that demonstrates the efficiency of the system in processing registrations with high accuracy. In addition, the number of total verifications surpassed the 1 million mark in the last month alone.

These results are a reflection of several factors, such as:

  • High Conversion Rate: The system ensures a KYC conversion rate of over 80%, facilitating the continuous flow of new depositors, with high efficiency in the verification process. For every 80% that complete the verification, 99% are approved.
  • Real-time verification: verifications are performed automatically and instantly, with a processing time of less than 30 seconds, eliminating delays and ensuring an agile process.
  • High performance on older phones: the system works optimally on low-performance devices, ensuring that the verification flow is fast and frictionless, even on phones with simpler specifications.
  • Acceptance of various digital documents: the system accepts all types of digital documents, making the verification process accessible and agile for all users.

Furthermore, the MC verification process is now more practical and efficient, considering the document reuse feature. In detail, 8 out of 10 bettors already have their documents registered, and only need to send a selfie to complete the KYC.

This is because once a user registers on a partner platform, he/she does not need to submit documents again when registering again.
