Grupo Kambi, provider of B2B sports betting platforms, has closed a new agreement with Rei do Pitaco, one of the main Fantasy Sports operators in Brazil. Under the new agreement, Kambi will power its new partner with its sports betting technology.

The deal will see the global provider leverage its sports betting technology capabilities to enable the Brazilian operator to engage its customers with new sports betting products. The Rei do Pitaco application has 3.4 million downloads and is very popular in the national market.

Rei do Pitaco is most popular for its fantasy football offerings, as football is the most popular sport in Brazil. Thanks to the quality of its products, the operator application has earned its position as one of the fastest growing brands in the country.

As agreed, Kambi will empower Rei do Pitaco with its sports betting technology. The provider will bolster the operator by providing its customizable services, APIs and differentiating tools. This will help Rei do Pitaco to provide customized products that are tailored to the needs of local players.

Currently, Brazil is in the process of regulating sports betting. Due to the country’s love of sport, experts expect it to become a leading jurisdiction in the segment once its market has been officially launched.
