The implementation of Sportradar‘s ORAKO system promises a customizable omnichannel sports betting service. This will allow Caribbean Cage to reach bettors in multiple jurisdictions.

The betting experience will be seamless. In other words, the same dynamics in physical stores, computers or mobile devices.

Sportradar‘s ORAKO offers centralized access to a range of betting products and services. Therefore, the Cage group chose to include Managed Trading Services (MTS).

Thus, bettors will have access to a vast pre-game and live betting content. The partnership also expands access to live sporting events. This includes US leagues like the NBA, NHL and MLB, and global events like the European Champions League.

Sportradar, with its cricket portfolio, sees significant opportunities in the Caribbean today.

Strategic partnership with Sportardar for future growth

Robert L. Johnson, of RLJ Companies and majority owner of Cage, expressed excitement about the partnership. The strategy is to bring sports betting to stores and online platforms across the region. Cage already has licenses and plans to launch the partnership in early 2024.

While Robert B. Washington Jr., another Cage representative, commented on the commitment to delivering a world-class product. According to the executive, the initiative will benefit small businesses and allow customers to bet on their favorite sports.
