Three operators have announced that they have been recommended by the New York State Gaming Commission to operate online and mobile sports betting in New York: PointsBet, Caesars and Rush Street.

Caesars is the official sponsor of the casino and an official NFL sportsbook partner. In addition, the brand has signed agreements with NBA, NHL, MLB; and over 20 individual teams nationwide, being the exclusive odds provider for ESPN and CBS Sports.
Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has been recommended for one of nine licenses that allow gaming operators to offer online and mobile betting in New York. RSI operates online gaming in 11 states, including Connecticut and New Jersey, and has an established presence in New York through its partnership with Rivers Casino and Resort Schenectady.
New York Sports Betting Market Launch
The launch of New York’s online and mobile sports betting market is scheduled to take place during the first quarter of 2022. In total, nine operators were recommended, including DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM.
