FanDuel is planning its expansion in Canada with a new release in Ontario. Its launch in the Canadian province is subject to registration with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), as well as the conclusion of an Operating Agreement with iGaming Ontario.
The operator’s plans come ahead of AGCO’s launch into the regulated single sports betting market in Ontario, effective April 4, 2022.
Players will have access to FanDuel’s casino services as well as the casino app. With IGT’s PlaySports platform, FanDuel will offer features such as Same Game Parlay betting, Odds Boosts, Data Visuals and streaming options for sports games.
FanDuel Casino will launch over 250 titles in live dealers, sweepstakes and slot games. Payment processing will be via Nuvei, which means a single point for multiple payment options including Interac, PayPal, MasterCard and Visa.
Another FanDuel partner is Napier, the AML solution provider, which will ensure safety from financial fraud as well as safer gaming for players.
