Netherlands-based online sports betting operator BetCity, part of the Entain Group, has chosen Enteractive to offer reactivation and retention activities in the Dutch regulated market.

Enteractive provides customized retention and reactivation services to sports betting and iGaming operators worldwide. The focus is on supporting your CRM strategies and operations and maximizing revenue generation from your player base.

The Dutch Gaming Authority (Kansspelautoriteit), which has its headquarters in Amsterdam, issued BetCity with an online gaming and sports betting license in October 2021. In late 2022, Entain acquired the business.

The purpose of the new BetCity partnership

By integrating player databases and providing agents who speak players’ local languages for telephone support, Enteractive’s marketing will aim to improve player retention and loyalty to the BetCity.nl brand.

Robert Kooiman, Marketing Director at BetCity, said: “We are delighted to be joining forces with Enteractive, giving us the edge over competitors in the Dutch sector. Enteractive’s individual tailored solutions allow us to enhance the relationship with our players , as well as ensuring we are the responsible choice for players. Generating revenue from previously dormant segments only foreshadows a fruitful long-term relationship.”

Francesca Raniolo, Senior Business Development Executive at Enteractive, said: “We are thrilled to be working with BetCity as they continue to grow in the lucrative Dutch market. With the untapped potential of lapsing player accounts and the positive response we are receiving , Enteractive is looking forward to making a considerable difference in revenue for active punters.”

Enteractive reactivates over 13,000 players every month for a variety of operators with native phone agents serving iGaming brands worldwide. Recently, Entain completed the acquisition of BetCity for €450 million (US$543 million).
