Alessandro Valente, Co-founder of Super Afiliados, was the last interviewed by the iGaming Brazil portal in 2023.
He spoke exclusively about the main events and numbers of Super Afiliados and the Brazilian Lounge initiative in 2023, and how BiS SiGMA Américas went in Brazil.
Furthermore, Alessandro explained plans for 2024, and what participation in the main events of the iGaming market was like in 2023. Therefore, he detailed Super Afiliados’ participation in ICE London, SBC Barcelona, SBC Miami and SBC Malta.

Alessandro Valente also spoke about the award at SBC Miami Latinoamérica: “It was a very good year, surprisingly we won this award at SBC, our company was the only Brazilian company to win this award and we were certainly very proud”.
“The award was unexpected, we had no intention, but it was a big surprise and it was wonderful”, he added.
BiS SiGMA Americas and BET EXPO
Furthermore, Alessandro Valente spoke about BET EXPO and the commercial possibilities when integrating not only the B2B target audience, but now also B2C.
He explained how this serves to boost the growth of Brazilian industry, as well as announcing the dates for the next edition of the event, which will take place on April 23, 24 and 25, 2024.
Sports betting regulation
The regulation of sports betting was approved by the National Congress and sanctioned by the president of the republic in December last year. However, Alessandro Valente made some warnings about the entire process.
“Look, I have an opinion about all this. I think it is completely ignorant of our governments to think that they are aware of what the iGaming industry is,” he stated.
