Lottopar returned to the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3) this Wednesday (12) for an unprecedented lottery concession. Passive lottery and prediction modalities were granted.
The company Apostou.com, responsible for these operations, paid R$12.5 million in fixed grant. The concession term is ten years, extendable for an equal period, with a limit of 20 years. These services will only be available in Paraná.
Therefore, this concession reinforces Lottopar and the Government of Paraná’s commitment to high standards of compliance, governance and transparency. Furthermore, it enables new entertainment options, offering security and credibility to participants.
The next stage involves the integration of Apostau.com’s systems with Lottopar’s management platform and payment methods. Thus, this process ensures that all operations are monitored, avoiding interference with safety.
Official statements
Elisandro Frigo, superintendent of Governance and State Data Service, stated: “The Government of Paraná returns to B3 with the entire team launching the prognosis and passive modalities, a pioneering project in Brazil carried out with great seriousness”.
Daniel Romanowski, CEO of Lottopar, highlighted: “We have closed the first window of notices for lottery modalities and we will now work towards entry into operation”.
Romanowski, declared the collection of more than R$50 million in fixed grants, amounts intended for public security, popular housing and social actions.
João Mota, representative of Apostou.com, commented: “We are excited about this new step that is part of our strategic planning to offer these lottery modalities in Paraná.”
The notice provides for four new entertainment opportunities: numerical prediction, specific prediction, sports prediction and passive prediction.
Therefore, sales can be physical or virtual, and Lottopar will be responsible for supervising operations.

Security guaranteed by Lottopar
To ensure security, Lottopar has accredited five testing and certification laboratories: Gaming Laboratories International (GLI), BMM Spain Test Labs, Gaming Associates Europe, eCOGRA and Quinel.
Thus, these laboratories check whether lottery products and systems comply with standards and regulations, ensuring that services are fair, safe and fraud-free.
In November 2023, Lottopar authorized the start of betting operations, with five sports betting sites regulated in Paraná: Apostou, Bplay, Aposta.la, Pixbet and Nossabet. The instant lottery, called Raspinha, was authorized for operation on the 6th of this month.
Finally, the resources collected from grants, royalties and variable grants go to popular housing, public security and social programs in the State.
