At the SBC Summit Lisboa, Kayky Janiszewski, CEO and co-founder of Legitimuz, highlighted the large presence of Brazilian companies on Portuguese soil.
“I have already participated in several fairs, some in Brazil, London and other countries, but I am surprised by SBC Lisboa, as there is a large presence of Brazilians, especially from giant brands that have already applied for the Brazilian license”, said Janiszewski .
With the regulation of the betting market in progress, the businessman highlighted that the “fact that people still have many doubts about what will happen makes this environment conducive to discussions and important insights”.
Kayky Janiszewski explained that the regulation imposes a series of requirements on operators. “Today, regulation covers identification, geolocation monitoring, control of financial transactions, sporting integrity, responsible gaming and even risk profiling. Legitimuz has positioned itself as a regulatory compliance company, offering these services integrated into a single provider.”
Furthermore, he mentioned the need to be prepared to face the challenges of a country with continental dimensions like Brazil, regardless of the technology used by users.
“We have to be ready to verify users, prevent fraud, bring compliance to the operator, whatever the situation — be it the user’s good cell phone or good internet. It doesn’t matter,” he said.
“Our system was 100% designed to perform as well on an old cell phone as on one with advanced technology. Furthermore, we offer real-time support for operators, at the time of verification, with humanized service”, concluded Kayky Janiszewski, from Legitimuz.
