Betsul further strengthened its team of ambassadors with the announcement by Davi Brito, this Wednesday (2). Winner of the last edition of Big Brother Brasil (BBB 24), the influencer and businessman will produce materials for social media and participate in the company’s advertising actions.

In September, the former BBB member won the title of Best Reality Participant at the Young Brazilian Award.

“It is an honor for me to be part of the Betsul team of ambassadors. I’m excited to represent fun content responsibly. Together, we will show that betting can be a lively and conscious experience”, says Davi.

Born in Salvador, Bahia, Davi began his professional career as an app driver. However, it was his authenticity and charisma during Big Brother Brasil that propelled him to national recognition, ensuring not only victory in the reality show, but consolidating his popularity. His story of overcoming and determination embodies the values that Betsul seeks for its team of ambassadors.

Fernando Garita, CEO of the institution, explains: “This moment is very special, as we are bringing a personality who genuinely connected with Brazilians.”

“The new regulation of the sports betting sector in the country further reinforces the importance of offering a safe and responsible environment for our customers. We are confident that we will engage an even larger audience, always promoting gambling with responsibility and transparency.”

In addition to the influencer, the institution’s team of ambassadors includes the presence of Brazilian music and sports personalities, such as Carlinhos Brown, Ivan Moré and Marcos Assunção.

The company also sponsors the program “Qualé, Moré?”, presented by Ivan Moré on RedeTV!, consolidating its participation in the sports and entertainment market.

Betsul is in the regulatory process

The company, which is among the first 30 companies to request a license for the Betting Management System (SIGAP), reaffirms its commitment to regulating the betting sector in Brazil.

Since May, after the publication of the ordinance with the standardization rules, institutions began to organize themselves to obtain authorization and commercially practice the lottery modality of fixed-odd betting by private companies across the country.

“We are fully capable of operating, always strictly complying with legal requirements”, declares Fernando Garita.

Until January 1, 2025, all operators in the sector must comply with the guidelines presented. Among the measures are prior authorization from SIGAP; activity restricted to websites with the “.bet.br” domain and based in Brazil.

Furthermore, the company must be incorporated as a limited liability company (LTDA) or limited liability company (S/A); not be a legal entity that operates as a subsidiary, branch, agency or representation in Brazil of a legal entity with headquarters abroad; and have a Brazilian as a partner holding at least 20% of the institution’s share capital.
