The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and Sportradar Integrity Services, a unit of Sportradar, have confirmed the renewal of their long-standing collaboration, now in an exclusive format from the 2025 season. The agreement strengthens actions against match-fixing and aims to protect the integrity of Brazilian football.
Sportradar will use the Universal Fraud Detection System (UFDS) to monitor more than 8,200 annual men’s and women’s football matches organized by the CBF. With this renewal, all national championships will now have premium coverage from this system.
This renewal comes at an opportune time in the battle against match-fixing. According to Sportradar’s annual Integrity Report, published in January 2025, suspected cases of match-fixing worldwide decreased by 17% in 2024.
In Brazil, the reduction was even more significant, with 53 fewer cases compared to the previous year, representing a 48% drop in the country.
Executives talk about the partnership between CBF and Sportradar
Ednaldo Rodrigues, President of the CBF, states: “Strengthening the integrity of Brazilian football is a priority for this administration, and the renewal of this partnership further reinforces our commitment to this mission.
The work of the CBF Integrity Unit, in collaboration with Sportradar, will complement the monitoring carried out by FIFA and will result in the coverage of more than 10,000 Brazilian football matches this season.
This is an impressive and symbolic milestone that fills us with pride. This is a partnership that has generated concrete results and has been essential in the fight against match-fixing, ensuring a fairer and safer environment for sport.”
Andreas Krannich, Executive Vice President of Integrity and Regulatory Services at Sportradar, said: “We have built a strong collaboration with the CBF to strengthen the integrity of Brazilian football. With this new agreement, Sportradar is providing the most comprehensive coverage of Brazilian football ever seen.
We are delighted to continue this partnership with one of the most prestigious entities in world football.”
The partnership between CBF and Sportradar, which began in 2018, reaffirms the company’s commitment to defending global football against threats to its integrity.

This work complements agreements already established with major football organizations, including CONMEBOL, FIFA, UEFA, Asian Football Confederation (AFC), Colombian Football Federation (FCF) and more than 270 other sports and government entities.
