Legitimuz recently launched a tool that promises to help both operators and the Brazilian regulator. CEO Kayky Janiszewski explained all the details of the new product in an exclusive interview during BiS SiGMA Americas 2025.
“Legitimuz has increasingly established itself as a ‘one stop shop‘ for betting compliance, this term refers to a place that has everything you need to have compliance in the betting market. We are bringing a great innovation now: our transaction monitoring tool, launching on April 15th”, he said.
He detailed the solution’s operating process. “We receive a bettor’s ‘in and out’ transactions, we carry out enhanced due diligence, including notary’s office, debts, beneficiaries of government programs and presumed income. We carry out a complete study of the bettor and, with that, we create rules to monitor transactions, in accordance with ordinance 1143.”

For Janiszewski, this innovative product consolidates Legitimuz as a company that provides all the services needed by operators in the sector. “It is in high demand. I believe it will greatly help operators and the regulator itself, ensuring that there is money laundering prevention monitoring in the market,” he concluded.
