Casino operator Seminole Hard Rock has been recognized as “US Best Managed Company”. This was the first time that a private gaming company has received this award.
The 2021 candidates were private companies from the United States that demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and execution, commitment to the team and the implementation of a dynamic culture, in addition to solid financial health, even in a period of uncertainty.
Despite the enormous challenges and pressure in recent months as a result of the pandemic, the chosen ones continued to act with vision and determination to make significant contributions to their respective communities, areas, work teams and the economy.
Jim Allen, president of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, stated: “On behalf of the more than 40,000 members of the Seminole Hard Rock team, we are honored to be the first gaming company to receive the title of ‘Best US Managed Company ‘and to be recognized alongside so many prominent private companies ”.

This year, the “US Best Managed Companies” program featured more than 500 potential candidates from all states in the country, with 49 companies honored among the 70 selected finalists.
Candidates are chosen by a panel of judges who focus on brand assessment on four main points: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture and financial performance.

Now, Seminole Hard Rock joins a select group of honorees from more than 30 countries recognized by the “Best Managed Companies” program, providing local and international prestige for its extremely high level of management.
