The organizers, the American Gaming Association (AGA) and Reed Exhibitions, have formally announced plans to move forward with G2E at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, including additional virtual components, between October 4th and 7th.

Strong industry presence at the event
G2E management conducted a research study in May, where it found eight out of 10 respondents who would likely attend the show if it were held in Las Vegas.
Likewise, more than 80% of respondents said they “definitely or likely would be purchasing products for their company as a result of attending the event.”
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, G2E was forced to hold the event behind closed doors in 2020.
However, freer travel restrictions, with some casinos in Las Vegas already allowing 100% guest capacity, mean that Reed and the AGA are confident of going ahead with the event on the US gaming calendar this time around.
G2E Asia postponed to November
The new dates for the Asia event are between the 9th and 11th of November 2021, instead of the previously announced dates between the 17th and 19th of August 2021.
G2E Asia was postponed twice in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with the original May date being pushed back to July 2020, before being pushed back again to December 2020.
